The Al-Rayan app is completely unreliable and misleading. Most of the products displayed are not actually available, yet they still allow you to place orders as if they were in stock. I personally placed three different orders, and in every case, after waiting four full days, I received a call informing me that the item was “out of stock.” This is not just poor service — it is a clear scam designed to waste customers’ time and mislead them into thinking the store has products it does not. The customer support staff are unprofessional, unhelpful, and show no respect for the customer’s time or trust. Such deceptive practices amount to fraud, and I strongly urge that this app be removed from the store to protect other customers from falling victim to their dishonest business.

From experience of buying multiple items from this app I can easily say it's great from ordering to delivery, Job well done 👏🏻

First of all I happy to have such online shops in Kurdistan but it need to be better because it has many defects like: most of the products showing by only one picture which is no enough we have to see in all sides and also we can’t zoom the picture we have to see the products more clearly in order to decide to buy it Also you doesn’t right any details about the products only limited information right which is also not enough to make feel sure and decide to buy.
