Electrolux

Purchased two air purifiers and followed directions to connect them to my home WiFi network. Units only connected during the initial install and have been “unavailable” since. The network operates at 2.4 GHz and the devices are within 15 feet of a working WiFi extender. No other devices in my home have connection issues. To make matters worse, the app does not provide any means to troubleshoot the issue or reinstall the units on the app.

I have a washer and dryer, but unfortunately the app is not available in the US? Can you please work on that app so that we can add our appliances in the USA as obviously we can buy them. Thank you.

Revised - nice recovery Electrolux. But again, please make your app & systems more robust! so this stops repeating. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by an app from Electrolux. First you guys made us move the management of our Pure i9 robot vac from the Wellbeing app to the one named simply Electrolux. We lost a couple things, but I moved on with life. Now, for the 2nd or 3rd time in the past year, this app has crashed, forgotten my profile, and will not allow either a password reset or a new account to be created (last ditch attempt to get control of my vac). It’s a hard working vac and deserves much better than this. Oh, yeah and so do I, since I bought it. Please get your crap together, Electrolux!
