I’ve rarely seen apps developed so poorly. Once you register, you must select a location where to ways your clothes. Once you’ve done that, you are forever locked to this location. Let say you travel and change airbnb with a different OMO Lavanderia ? You need to create a new account with a new email and new everything ! And you’ll loose the money loaded in the previous account of course. Their engineering should be fired. What a shame to see such a poor, uneducated software development in 2025. Go back to school.

OMO Lavanderia is often present in buildings that have several small units dedicated to short-term rental. Interestingly enough though, once you register your email / cellphone to use a laundry at one specific location, there is no way of adding or switching to another location. So once you use a laundry at an airbnb that you’ll never return to, your account is forever locked to that location, and unable to access laundries at any other location.
