I have been playing this game for a couple of years. The problem I have is-there hasn’t been any updates in a year and that was just fixing bugs. It’s the same thing over and over and the progression is too slow because it’s difficult. The balls don’t do enough damage, I have to spend gems to keep playing. You should be able to choose which balls you use, it’s random, and if I’m given the same ones over and over, it’s hard to progress. Like, I should be able to select which balls I want use next, even if it’s limited as to this one ball x number of times during the round. Also, there should be set number of undo shots allowed or something. Also, add some events or daily challenges so it’s not the same thing over and over.

I love this game, it’s extremely satisfying to watch and play, but the game is just hard enough that it’s not fun and has made me super upset while trying to play, and pushed me over the edge on bad days. You win 1 out of 5 levels maybe, and moving from one volcano to another is just infuriating. I’ve been waiting for any sort of update to this game to balance ANYTHING out and you still haven’t made it playable for longer than five minutes. You can only hold four eggs at a time and it takes 3 hours real time to open the worst egg in the game, which doesn’t help you whatsoever in the higher levels, I’ve been so close to deleting this app so many times. It’s a go to game for me because of its looks and physics, but the actual gameplay is so upsetting. Past volcano ten, you can’t really level up without a LOT of difficulty. This game values the in game coins to an unreasonable extent and it takes days of saving up and playing just to purchase something super small or bad, not to mention the price of anything in actual currency. Leveling up your cards also does close to nothing. You need to update your game and balance it better, it plays well when you first download it but past that it’s infuriating. As you get higher levels you need better eggs to be able to play, the chances of getting those eggs never change, and it’s so rare that you can’t play after a while. I’m currently stuck between volcano eleven and twelve, and have been for about half a year, because even with maxed out cards and a good strategy, the balance is horrific and makes me so upset. Please just update your dang game and make it functional to play after volcano ten.

The game started off an entertaining pass time, but the level progression is so steep, it’s enough to make me delete this game. It’s fine all the way up to like level 14, and then even after have all the newest cards fully upgraded, I had to buy my way through it with gems! I couldn’t even get close. It’d kick me back to the previous level and I’d smash it and end up back at an impossible one again. On top of that, the only way to really get any good cards is to by the special eggs with gems, and even then you get stuck with hundreds (literally) of basic cards that are obsolete; the only thing they’re good for is trading for spins, and you have to pay for that, too! TLDR; Bottom line: unless you have hundreds of dollars to pump into it (even if it was worth it), you need hax/exploits to beat this game. That to me is extremely poor game design. And I won’t even talk about the ads.
