Takes a lot of time to place your order. The Search option doesn’t work correctly. You can’t find the product you want, eventhough, when you go to the store they have it. Before this new application, I used to purchase in both Campo Rico and Plaza Carolina stores. I can no longer do so, as the search application does not work in the Campo Rico store. Additionally, I can no longer buy with my Amex card, as it is set to accept only Visa or MC. In addition, you set your card as default, and it doesn’t work; you have to enter it every time. Plus the poor delivery guys have to waste a whole lot of time if you have liquor on your order. Reading this, I think I’ll buy somewhere else.

This app has change our life in a very positive way. We live far from parents, and they can no longer drive. So its very useful being able to pick their groceries and have them delivered to their house. The app itself is very user friendly. The delivery dates available are very reasonable, and the presentation and organization of the delivery bags is awesome. Its so easy, i might never step into a supermarket again. Why expose yourself when you can count with econo to go. Try it. It will change your life for good!!

They have a feature where you could send them any type of feedback specially about the items that you know they sell but for some reason you’re not able to process them via the app. So don’t even bother sending them a message because they don’t seem to care or empathize with your bad experiences. You will get no reply. I must also mention the importance of checking the items before you leave the Naranjito store and figure out that almost half of your purchase it’s missing because they won’t even apologize or care about your struggles.
