Echo – AI Meeting Note Taker

I was so excited to have this when I first got it. The recording was great to have when needed and the formatting of the notes were easy to ready and understand what the meetings were about. But since the. I’ve really had nothing but issues. From the transcriptions and note formatting working intermittently. Then contacting tech support is a nightmare especially when you need your notes right always. It takes about a week to get a reply. You try the fix that doesn’t work. And for additional support you have to send another email. Welp there goes another week. While having some intermittent success. Now, my last two recordings have completely disappeared. Now been 3 days with no resolve. Such an unpredictable and unreliable app. I love it the few times it works but I’ve more issues than success. I suggest paying for something else.

This is a lovely app to use very helpful for several situations it’s very appreciated! I literally love it so much, I don’t feel the pressure that other apps instill on me It’s just a great way to keep track of things even for situations where you need a way to keep documentation. Or even thoughts,💭 I’m also poet 📖 and what I’ve noticed is that it can also be used to see another perspective or way of wording things this has allowed more creative freedom and saftey(in more bleak situations that would ultimately require documentation) providing me with this tool to create! Aswell as allow a more detailed view on my thoughts really neat! I appreciate that so much!!!! (:

Not sure I’ve tried it four different times the only time it captured a meeting was one time. One time I was on a phone call on my phone and then never engaged. I pressed the record several times nothing happened. Never saw a clock. Then all of a sudden I saw the clicker up top that it was 20 minutes into the meeting, which should never gave me the ability to go into the meeting. Then I tried to save the meeting, and it was gone not even there. Don’t know what happened to it. That was like the second or third time that I tried it and it didn’t work. Now the one that did work it gave me great results and gave me a great Kind of based summary which is really AI predictable, but it wasn’t really business oriented. So I think they can refine the AI model a little bit there. But overall, it’s not worth the money
