They were hacked
Should've emailed everyone; as their webpage says nobody can access home accounts for billing. Those hacked apparently were contacted; no credit card #'s, but other info. Please stop deleting our reviews of the truth.

App not working
I can’t open the app. I tried uninstalling it then reinstalling and it still won’t open. Just sits on the blue page that says “eastlink home service” can we please figure this out. Other than that it’s a great app and I’ve never had any problems till now.

Every link in this app goes to a 404 error and everything on their website funnels you to this app…. Sweet
