This app is not user-friendly. There are entirely too many screens to move through just to send one prescription. It is very time-consuming to utilize. And, while you are placing a script, if you touch the screen in the wrong place, the entire prescription disappears, and you have to start over from the beginning!!! Also, if you are finally at the very end, and want to go back and change one detail, the app kicks you out and you have to start over from the beginning. I am not aware of one nurse who has that much time to spend on putting in a prescription. Nurses need technology that is user-friendly, quick to use, and accurate. E3Pro is none of those things.

Had so many tickets with it is insane app crashes constantly can’t get any meds added without having to start over and can’t get anything profiled to add or send scripts. Since the last update the app is practically useless at this point

Although the app was not always consistent at first with the updates it is now truly improved!
