Blue tooth connections problematic getting connection. Sometimes will change to s2s1. So always check because it will mess you up. Confusing interface. Doesn’t allow u to install derailleur firmware updates. Tells u to go to bike shop. Can’t set hood buttons to control opposite shifter. Can’t set shift mode. Pretty much useless buggy poorly written software

Found the bike as soon as I turned it on while searching, and was able to set it up. Didn’t need an account; just hit “skip” on the sign in page. The only hitch I had was that my display wasn’t shown for the connection process, I had to select the switch instead. Worked fine!

This app is great if you’re nostalgic about the early 2000s. Horrible USX, takes forever to pair the bike with it. I think it’s a shame that a brand with such recognition, selling a supposedly premium product (Di2) cannot upgrade the app and just make it work up to today’s standards. Come on guys, just use ChatGPT to write it for you. Yes I did read the internet and yes it did work eventually.
