This is not a drag and drop app. If you 1) want to get more bang for your buck and 2) want to make sure you don't purchase the wrong color/size/sale: YOU HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION to a 7" screen very diligently. These are actually major investments, you don't want to mess up. The run around for any stores having my husbands size for pick up is annoying this is an inventory issue. I like that we can see the stores don't have it to avoid wasting time going in for rejection All in all it serves its purpose.

After multiple attempts to pay and use my reward certificate, keep greeting prompt stating I had an invalid gift card. Keep in mind I had not selected nor was attempting to use a gift card. As stated earlier, tried to get past this on multiple attempts and even uploaded a second card thinking it was somehow not reading my card on file correctly. This didn’t work either. Finally, I clicked the back button to restart. I noticed that my awards amount was accurately applied in the summary so this time I decided to use the Apple pay option. I clicked through and as the transaction is completing, it removes the awards amount and charges the full price for the item. Good part is that I was finally able to complete my purchase. Bad part is that I had to go through this ordeal to complete what should have been a pretty routine e-commerce transaction. Not a good experience on either pay options.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t get the same sale prices online and in the store. In order for me to receive the 30 off 100 I have to shop online. Things never come on time and things are constantly getting lost. You guys don’t realize that you are competing against yourselves? It’s actually cheaper if you allow us to utilize the stores then that way you don’t have to pay to ship my orders. It’s not only a pain in my behind but it’s frustrating as well. Plus did you ever think about the abilities of your sales people to up sell? I can’t tell you how many times I have gone into a store just to buy $100 and walk out spending $300-$500. Place more faith in your employees and give them better pay! I work in the garnet industry for a while and I know how much you pay for these clothes and I also know what you pay your people and it’s terrible. If you are running a store that’s selling 2 million a year that manager should be making at least $175k but you’re guys aren’t even making $100k and that’s tragic.
