American Tall

I love this brand but the app to shop is a disappointment in many ways. It is VERY limited on features to be able to sort through categories. I can’t even refine my search for size or length. Their size chart on the app is also missing categories for women’s sizes and it not organized between genders at all. I’ve take to using their website fully because the app is just not it. I hope they do an update soon. I would like to be able save items and get notified when things I like go on sale which is not a feature they have yet either. With all the said I will say I LOVE this brand because of my height and all the stylish and sophisticated options for going out and work. The app is wack but I will continue to buy from them.

I’m a tall (6’0”) woman who grew up without clothes that fit properly. In early adulthood it became more common for some big name stores to offer tall sizes as online exclusives and I honestly thought that might be as good as it would get. Finding American Tall online was such a treat - I’ve been wearing some exceptionally comfortable sweatpants and a v-neck top that true feel like they were made for me. Planning to try purchasing jeans in the future because I’d like to support a company that is making high quality clothing for tall people! ❤️🦒❤️

I’ve been a regular customer of American Tall for roughly a year now without ever leaving a review because I’m lazy. They’re products are great and the fit is amazing. It’s the only store where I can purchase long sleeve shirts, sweaters, and jackets that don’t fit me like a garbage bag. Today however, I purchased a pair of pants in the wrong size. I noticed immediately and sent a request to have it changed. Stefanie Gallo sent me a follow up email no less than 2 hours later saying the correction had been made. Very responsive customer service during the holiday season deserved a review, so here I am. Thanks a bunch Stefanie!
