I was getting super fed up with Yelp and how all it’s garbage restaurants have the same 3.5-4.5 stars — and then I found Dorsia! This is the solution to my problems!!! It’s like having a real local guide in my pocket, not just a hive-mind, tourist-only guide. I highly recommend this to anyone, regardless of whether you are a traveler or a local!!

I travel quite a bit and use a variety of resources to look up information about where I’m going. It takes a while, and it’s still hard to get great tips. Even as a local in San Francisco, I often don’t know where to go. Dorsia makes it easy for me to scout out places to check out, eat at and put on my list of places to go. The content written about each establishment is useful, fun and gives me a good sense of their taste. Highly recommend this fantastic app. I hope they expand to new cities soon!

With the overwhelming amount of restaurants, bars, museums, etc. It can become quite stressful to filter out all of the nonsense and the locations that really aren’t that worth visiting. As I am quite familiar with NYC, I know that the recommendations Dorsia is providing both objective and top notch. Trust me, don’t spend hours on the web searching where to eat, drink or explore anymore..Dorsia does that for you!
