Won’t let me log in
Always disconnects. You are forced to disable and delete the App and then download again and 90% of the time it won’t let you log back it. I have sent so many emails to customer service. Also disconnects to Alexa and won’t let you use that

Terrible terrible interface
The interface is terrible and buggy. 90% of the time it does not do what I ask to the smart device or just kicks me out of the app. Take this advise and just find another smart device management tool. I would hope the developers look into this and make some needed improvements. (It also does not reliably work with Alexa or other smart home management systems, so that won’t save you either)

Fine
Not sure what the other reviews are about but this app works fine. Bought a dozen electric outlet switches and I didn’t have any problems. It asks to entire WiFi password so it can be shared with smart devices since they connect direct WiFi rather than a smart hub. The company also isn’t defunct, it’s alive and well and yes it’s in Shenzhen China, and I’m sure it’s servers are in mainland China but I don’t see any traffic being directed there on the day to day basis.
