Disconnects at a foot away from phone
Having the same issue as many others it seems. Product was super fun when it worked but sadly it seems not to be able to stay connected unless the phone is inches away, otherwise it constantly disconnects. Super frustrating.

Unable to use device without logging in and that has issues
You need to create an account and login to control device via Bluetooth. Sadly majority of the time you are unable to login meaning you can’t use the device. Requesting a refund.

It’s just ok……
It kept disconnecting and then reconnecting. I was able to add my friend to it fine. I used it with a friend who lives an hour from me. It worked but it was hard to initiate the connection so they could control it. Once they were in control it worked good but it kept disconnecting and reconnecting the whole time we were using it.
