DIY Decorating Addict

I really wanted to use this app for the digital magazines but when I open the app I get a message that the app requires an active internet connection to open and then tells me how to turn on the internet and gives me a Re-load button. I get the message both on my iPhone and my iPad. I’m already connected to the internet with all other internet based apps working properly including my echo devices, my internet-based lights and plugs, my browser, etc. but this app will not connect and gives no option to find out what the problem is except to turn on the internet and re-load. I tried deleting the app & reinstalling, rebooting my devices, of course checking my internet connection even though its working for everything else but nothing seems to be wrong with anything but the app itself.

I love getting my new idea fix and look forward to each new edition.

I just bought this magazine, but so far it's full of lots of good stuff, I just wish I had access to past issues, it seems to be asking for more money for the download even though I purchased a year subscription. Will follow up later :)
