After using TowBook and and beacon’s “Dispatch Anywhere” I can safely say it’s easily worth $20 more a month because towbook will actually stop charging you if ask. Beacon software seems to be a predatory company that relies on the difficulty of cancellation to make their bills. Do not get involved with these scammers. I’ve been trying to cancel my service since January, they will tell you that someone form the “cancellation team” will contact you “today”. Just don’t. For $150/month I’ve found that my money is better spent with an online advertising/SEO company. Yet I can’t seem to cancel this companies charges without calling my bank and putting a stop payment order.
