I have been using Digibank for a while now. Been a happy account holder but the recent issue with app these days makes me want to close my account because I don't know why I should be doing any kind of transaction with the bank which doesn't open or allow me to log in. Every time I go to the app, it will show the loading sign but will never open or let me log in. I thought it's the internet issue at first so tried with WiFi connection, it still doesn't work. I have been trying to log in to the app for past three days now because I need to review my bank balance and add money but the app just won't open. So either this is fixed or I will happily close my account, because the bug in the app is too much. It can't do the simple first thing, which is a successful log in.

app works just once after download. after that i can't login and so, can't use any service. i have ios 10, and app now requires ios 11. a banking app should not have such high requirements as there are a lot of old users on previous versions of ios. if you just want the old users to leave dbs, just simply ask us to close the account instead of making us feel abandoned!
