Dig Out! Mine Adventure

This has been an entertaining game to play. It’s too addicting to where I’d uninstall the game for a while to focus on other things in life. Then I’d reinstall it when I have some time to play. Be careful! You may make significant progress, and you’ll lose it all, and the company won’t restore your progress. There are significant problems with saving my progress. I originally had my progress linked to my Facebook account, and for a while there were no issues logging into my account. After I significantly progressed in the game, I tried logging into my account linked to Facebook, and it failed giving me the message “App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” I submitted a help ticket and the company basically said they are working on the issue. More than three years later, and it’s still not fixed. So I created another account saved to my Apple account. I made significant progress but not quite as much as I did before, and now the game won’t let me log into my Apple account, and the game’s help ticket system is broke. I can enter info into one of the help ticket’s fields, and then rest of the files go grey not allowing me to finish submitting the help ticket. I have to close the game and restart everytime. Please fix the game.

I got this game years ago. Been playing it on and off sometimes it offloads from my phone but I've never deleted it because from time to time I like to go back and keep playing. I went back to it this week after a long time away and was so disappointed to see a great game has been ruined to the point of being unusable. There are ads before you see the launch screen, ads mid game, if you happen to close the app for a second and reopen it you get an ad. If you don't leave the app but swipe down the control or Notification Center you will get an ad. Also, if you leave the app during a game for more than like 10 seconds it boots you out of the level and doesn't save your progress. Everyone understands that ads serve a function, it's how y'all make money but when you load up a game with so many ads that people get frustrated and delete it. Is that really helping y'all in the long run. It's so disappointing because it's genuinely a great game, I still enjoy the gameplay after all these years but for the first time I am deleting it. If I had downloaded it for the first time this week I would have deleted it immediately after getting an ad before seeing the loading screen. That's just absurd. Good luck to y'all I guess

Great game and many of the updates have been really fun and increased the challenge of playing! Just a few things I’d love to see: 1. Can you please move the boosters from the lower part of the screen? As a right-handed person, I keep pushing them on accident as I’m trying to move my character around the screen. My husband (a lefty) had the same problem when they were on the left part of the screen. Very, very frustrating! Move them some where in the upper half of the screen, please! (I’m begging you!🙏🏻) 2. Maybe there could be a special level available once in a while to help gamers collect the iron and red gems needed to upgrade the stronghold? 3. I love trying to achieve the various characters! If you’re ever looking for new characters ideas, might I suggest you turn to mythology and the plethora of gods there. You could use some thing from each of their personalities as their special gift (e.g. lighting for Zeus, a war hammer for Thor, sunburst for Apollo, etc.)
