Dial91

Having used multiple callings cards over the years, this time I came back to dial 91. It is same as what I saw 5 years backs. I can compare 91 with other calling cards and the others are offering better HD calls, upgraded applications and ease of access for same price. Quality of calls is also just same it took me back to 2015. Having staying in this industry from so long I feel 91 can upgrade and still be good competitor.

Not even app, not working even when you try to call through local numbers Customer service also not great, they respond immediately, but they don’t have enough knowledge, sometimes call connect and that too some numbers. I had hard time connect to my parents numbers, I switch to another india calling apps and was able to calm them. Customer service was saying it was problem with my parents service, how can I call them through another calling apps if it is their problem.

Audio breaks too much to a point where making a call via app is pointless. Their service seems to be good as when I make the call manually by dialing the access number and entering PIN I don’t have any audio issues. Just the app is unusable. I even tried tweaking some of the settings to see if it will help fix broken audio but no success. Just gave up on the app and deleted it!
