Deriv GO: online trading app

I tried withdrawing they keep telling me that I should deposit again and io fo that have been trying to withdraw their customer care is so rude and also I tried withdrawing and they said the withdrawal method I use have issues and it has been on for the last few days Fix this or else so many would leave the broker

I would’ve given it 5 stars but I’ve been requesting y’all add US stocks on the platform to trade and nothing has happened. It’s been amazing all through but it would be excellent if y’all could make an addition of US stocks at least the popular ones for us to trade on the platform. Thank you. Edit: Hello I am aware of the fact that there are stocks available to trade on the mt5 platform but I would prefer it on the Deriv go platform. Thank you

I don’t know what’s happening to deriv for over 3weeks I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds and you won’t let me withdraw. For the past 3 weeks I haven’t been able to talk to your customer care. For weeks now you guy held my funds without any reason not to give it to me. You just don’t want to talk to me. Because I’ve been trying your customer care and still nobody will talk to me. This is so unfair. I’m disappointed!!!!!
