HFM - Online Trading

I am disappointed with my recent experience with HFM. My account was flagged for allegedly violating the bonus terms, but despite contacting support several times, I was never given a clear explanation of what specific trading activity or which exact clause I had violated. Instead, I only received general responses saying that their AI system detected prohibited activity. As a client, I believe I deserve a transparent explanation, especially when a decision directly affects my account and bonus eligibility. Good customer service should include clear communication and the opportunity for clients to understand and address any issues. I hope HFM improves its transparency and provides more detailed explanations in similar cases.

What wrong with hfm?? I was unsuccessfuly verify my account on hfm, they keep asking for my POA even though i already proof the reason why i have no POA of staying in singapore for short term. I've uploaded my malaysian POA but just because of iam staying in singapore, they keep asking for my singapore POA, others broker like jm, xm, octa they are no problem with me, let me know why??

Deposit and wait one week already but still haven’t receive any money，email to them also do nothing account manager keep change people and ask same question and shirk responsibility tell me email to the platform，then platform just auto reply by computer and let me keep waiting Useless，very disappointment😡
