Bamboo: Invest. Trade. Earn.

My experience has been frustrating. I bought FCMB shares via FCMB’s direct public offer. Before then I had no CHN or CSCS number but after the purchase, I was assigned both and asked to contact Lambeth Bamboo. After this I downloaded and signed up on the app. However on the app, I was given a different CHN and CSCS number and the FCMB shares which I bought did not reflect on my dashboard. I have sent numerous emails and reached out to their contact support for help several times but I have still not gotten any response. It’s been weeks now and every time I send an email or message them on the app, I get the same automated response that I will be attended to within 7 days yet I still haven’t gotten any response. I’ve also tried calling the number on their customer support but it never goes through. I am tired and frustrated with this situation.

I love that the app gives you a lot of exposure to different stocks and trading forms, but the app itself isn’t so easy to navigate, I often have to go on Google to know how to get some information. Also I wonder why they haven’t set up a call based customer support system, its not always convenient explaining long lines in emails. Asides that it’s okay, they respond to the emails fast and provide somewhat good solutions

I’ve been using Bamboo for about a year now. I appreciate the app’s UI and how easy it makes it to invest in stocks. I constantly deal with bugs on the app though: -From time to time the app will log me out and reset itself, so I re-enable Face ID, re-enable dark mode, to the point that it seems fruitless to even customize settings at all -Even though I have tried several times and have received confirmation emails to that effect, the app still tells me my account details are unverified (the whole year I’ve been on the app) -The data displayed in the My Stocks view constantly changes when you switch between pages despite setting the view to the specific data you want to see -Sometimes the graphs on the stock pages do not appear It’s been a lot of this for the year I’ve been using the app and it would greatly improve the user experience if at least some of these issues were addressed.
