Placed a bet on champions league final bet builder with the betting promo that if I placed £5/10 and it didn’t come in then I would receive money back as free bets, didn’t receive free bets so emailed them, they messaged back saying the minimum stake was £20 in which I know for certain it wasn’t cos I would never go above a tenner on a bet builder. They also stated the odds had to be evens or more when it was 1/2 on the promo I tried to use. I then corrected them in which they sent another email saying one of my players shots on target was below 1/2 odds so I didn’t qualify. Feel as tho they were looking for any excuse not to pay free bets out and were backtracking constantly, won’t be using again
