I placed a £10 bet as per the welcome offer and received an email to say I had passed all verification yet. I still hadn’t received any free bets in the 48 hours since I placed my £10 and messaged on the live chat, I was then told that I needed to send a picture of my passport, proof of address, and a selfie holding up a sign with the date and time on, i understand ID checks but after being told I had passed all verification checks I thought this was a tad extreme.
