I used this app for when I traveled to California. On my last day to depart, 10 Aug 25, I requested a refund through the app for the $8.25 still in my account. I never seen the refund. The week of 24 Aug 25, I called their number to speak with someone as to why it’s taking so long. He told me he sent up the request and it would take a week. It is now 7 Sep 25 and I STILL have not received my money! USE A DIFFERENT APP!!!!!!! P.S. Because of this company their lack of customer service and prompt reply with dealing with people’s money, it has made me lose trust in small businesses trying to provide for their family and become successful in this tough economy.

This app is super easy to use on the washers and dryers in my laundry room, the only complaint I have was that it was difficult to figure out how to add more time to the washers at first. I figured out now that you have to press the start button on the washer/dryer each time you add more time so now that I have that figured out, I have no complaints! I would just suggest to put a note that you need to press the start button on the machine to add the time and not just in the app would help a lot because that part wasn’t intuitive.

Dadson has machines that allow Bluetooth payment and it is the best thing added to my laundry room. Though the coins may get stuck, the Bluetooth app has yet to fail me. It alas updates my balance in the app and reflects this on the machine so I can track when I’m running g Leo. The timer that notifies me when my clothes are finishing washing or drying is pretty spot on and useful as well. Definite appreciation for this app.
