While raising a ticket in the app didn't get an immediate response, calling their support team worked wonders—the agent answered right away and was extremely helpful. The main disappointment was waiting 12 days for a replacement only to receive the exact same defective controller back. That said, as soon as I brought this to their attention, the team apologized and re-initiated a fresh replacement on the very same day. Aside from the long wait and the mix-up with the defective unit, the support team handled everything professionally, providing timely email updates throughout. Exceptional customer service overall, even if the logistics/QC needs improvement!

Dacby is a great app and an amazing platform for gamers who cannot spend a premium of gaming titles. There are soo many options from discs to digital accounts and gift card, they have it all. My only concern is that prices of some games are higher than their 2nd hand value, only if prices are justified and revised, this is a to be place for gamers!
