CreditSea: Personal Loan App

I applied for a loan and for the past 4 working days, the status has been stuck is showing "Loan sanctioned successfully and loan overview section, it's already showing a due date of June 5, 2026 along with a repayment amount - even though the loan has not been disbursed to my account! This is highly concerning and unacceptable. I haven't received a single update or communication from your end. On top of that, your customer care is completely unresponsive - nobody is answering the calls, and all I get is a data collection process with no actual support or solution. It feels like this process is more about collecting personal information than actually providing any loan assistance. If this issue isn't resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter through official complaint channels. Please look into this as a priority and provide a clear update on the loan status without any further delays.

The app is very easy to use and the loan process is quite fast compared to other platforms. The interface is simple, and the application steps are clear, even for first-time users. I also found the verification process to be smooth without unnecessary delays. Customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, a reliable option if you’re looking for quick personal loan assistance. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with any finance or loan application—CreditSea is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I tried using their app for the first time, and they immediately asked for details about previous delayed loan repayments—even though my repayment history clearly shows just a 2-3 month delay, which is already recorded. Why do you need the same explanation again? Fine, I gave them the information. They approved the loan. But then when I applied again, they asked for the exact same details all over again. Are you serious? If you already have my information on file, why are you wasting the client’s time by asking the same questions repeatedly? Communication is even worse. They don’t respond on WhatsApp, and when I call, all I get is the same lazy response: “We’ve passed the message to the loan team.” No one follows up, no updates, nothing. I called multiple times, and still no progress. Finally, when I got fed up and told one of their staff to stop the process, they immediately closed the application—proving that they do have time to cancel applications instantly, but not to actually process or review them properly. This entire experience was a joke. Unprofessional, slow, and utterly frustrating. If I could give CreditSea 0 stars out of a billion, I would. Do not waste your time with this company
