I am a beginner. I appreciate how simple it is to edit their library of templates. Just starting, so far the Annual subscription is well worth the discounted cost, and the time to learn this app. Thank you.
Price point is not bad at $20 for the year. Very dope concept, the template are sick and there is so much potential there but it’s way to complicated for a phone app. Things just don’t work at 100%, the pictures don’t always load, it says it’s working but it’s frozen. When trying to add text, it drops the text box virtually and it’s a mess trying to figure out how to make it horizontal, when I did find a way which was to duplicate a text layer because nothing else was working? It didn’t type the full word out in one line, it would jump it down to a second line when it should just shrink the lettering or ask you to make the text box bigger. It’s just too complicated for a small screen, I feel like I need a keyboard and a mouse to just work in the letters part of the project, and then to drop in an image that may or may not work. I do see some very strong use for it but there needs to be a way to make things simpler, at this point it almost feels like they are trying to out do photoshop. I hope that it gets better, I’ve already canceled my subscription for next year, hopefully they figure it out so I can get back on but as of now, I just rather do this same work on my Mac’s photoshop.
I have a ton of photography apps. I've got a real hoarding problem with them, and try out any I can find. This one was a very pleasant surprise. The gradients section is second to none in an iPad app. In fact, that is one of the hardest to find photo editing abilities. I have maybe 2 other apps that can do them, but not with the amazing control this app provides. All the other settings you'd expect are there and work quite well. Oh yeah, did I mention it does layers and textures too? Since it's free I'll stop my review and just tell you to download it. You won't be sorry!
