This application allows you to view the entire medical record including radiology images. It’s great to use a rounding list too.

Patients keep getting deleted. Notes keep refreshing every several seconds while reading them, forcing me to the top of the note. Really annoying having to scroll back down and find where I left off. I always get a couple error messages when I first try to look at labs/vitals. Why so buggy??

We have had patient keeper in the hospital setting now for several months. At least once a month, the app will not refresh at all for several days, and many times when it’s supposed to be up and running, there is information such as nursing notes, labs, etc that have not crossed over. As someone who frequently works weekends, this is frustrating as I’ve had to wait (at least at my facility) until the next open weekday to have it addressed and hopefully rectified. This is our portal to be able to look at records from home as well, so when getting calls from nursing staff, etc or trying to follow up from labs that were ordered prior to leaving the hospital, it has become somewhat untrustworthy to provide this service.
