Color Merge Puzzle

I love this game. The only reason why it has four stars instead of five is because there is a bubble that is on the screen that is constantly moving so you can watch a video and get five more moves. I cannot count how many times I accidentally hit that bubble because it moved over the paint, it is extremely frustrating. I play another game from this developer and it does not have this issue. The option for help is on the side stationary if they did that with this game, I would’ve given a five out of five is just very annoying trying to solve the puzzle and then you accidentally hit the bubble and have to watch an ad, please please please have the option stationary on the side of the screen

I like the color mixing and trying to figure out which hues are actually being used. The menu layout is also pretty easy to navigate and get use to. But that’s basically where my praise ends. My issues with the game are why I rated it two stars. There aren’t an ungodly amount of ads thankfully, but the way the ads pop up and get in the way of the game is a bit frustrating. Sometimes it’s mid-level, most times it’s AFTER you’ve already selected that you don’t wanna watch the ads for an incentive prize. There’s a little bubble they’ll have bouncing around on the screen to get more moves in the level, this annoying little bugger will get in the way of the colors you’re trying to mix and you have to wait for a bit until the ad bubble moves to make the next color placement. The other issue I have is there are no skip options. Every single level you do will end with you seeing all the gold you got in the level, and then any diamonds, and then any keys. While this little sequence is happening, you can’t do anything. You have to sit there to wait for it to finish just so you can do the next level. Most frustrating of all HINTS DON’T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have like 15 hints saved, but can’t do Jack with them cause they can’t be used. If you’re gonna offer a feature, honor it. Maybe if the ads were less intrusive and hints actually worked, there’d be a better rating.

This game would’ve been fun if not for all of the extraneous “stuff” they crammed into it. I wanted to play a fun color merging game. I did not want to sit through animations of my icon going down a numbered path to the next puzzle, or see the colors I just merged get added to a large unpainted landscape, or be asked rewarded coins and asked if I wanted to watch an ad to triple my coin reward. Just let me play the d*mn game! It’s bad enough I have to watch an ad after every round, which is ultimately the reason I’m deleting this app, but I might’ve been able to put up with that many ads (I get why they’re necessary) if the rest of the game was sleak and streamlined. But it isn’t. It’s a huge, unpolished time waster. I don’t know why they can’t just make these games look like the advertisements. If you know that’s what’s going to draw people in, why not make THAT game instead?!
