Coinless Mobile

I live next to two car washes. One has Coinless, one does not. Before discovering Coinless I didn’t have a preference for either wash. This app has been great because I now earn free washes for visiting the car wash. I even go through the car wash bay and start the wash without ever even rolling down my window or touching anything! Pretty cool! #CovidFree I once had a minor issue where a service didn’t start (every other time it’s been very reliable). I called the support team, and within minutes they had refunded my account, listened to my feedback to improve the app, and were very friendly and professional. I now only go to the wash that uses Coinless. Great service!

Decided to download the app because I’m a mom and we like to save, Merry Christmas to me. I must have been rushing because the process didn’t make sense to me. I didn’t know that once I pay, the garage will immediately be ready for me to go in for a car wash. I was being pretty slow in my head and it was easy to find information to contact the support team. But didn’t have high hopes because it was 6pm on a Friday night but I still called. Braden answered and was patient and helpful! It’s actually a really cool concept! I’m old fashioned and actually always carry quarters with me and enjoy paying that way BUT I like the idea that if something goes wrong. Or if I do something wrong, like I did, there’s someone to call and get help immediately. Customer service will ALWAYS win me over. 4 stars just because I needed clearer instructions.

This app makes it was to use my local car wash. It’s easy to pay and keep track of my receipts. I especially like being able to turn on the vacuums and not worrying about constantly feeling the machine quarters.
