Not accepting to cancel the vouchers and the way of contact is very complicated

I purchased COBON voucher for AED 599/- for a Desert Safari Ride in Dubai for my family. And at the time of ride, Contact number of concern company was switched off.. Cobon destroyed our Holiday plan… If they can’t handle the vendors and if they can’t deliver the services to their users they must close their app. Now they have promised for a refund, let’s see if I manage to get that. FOR ME IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE.

The fact that the merchant requires a printed copy of the purchased voucher to redeem the deal is just ludicrous!!! This company should learn from other similar service providers who went paperless long time ago.
