So it’s been a while. I thought I’d check out the latest with this. I discover I’ve been logged out. There’s some kind of verifying process. I follow the email send process. I get an email with a link that takes me to the online site. It says in the email that it will connect me to the app. It does nothing of the sort. Therefor can’t log into app. I won’t be eating (spending my money) there.
The app chose a default location when I placed my order. Naturally it wasn’t close to me AND there’s no easy to cancel, change, or call the location to let them know what happened. The app should not make an assumption like this! There needs to be a way to call about orders!
I don’t want to spend money at a restaurant during a pandemic if there’s no way to support the staff. I have been ordering from two local places and both have a button or a slider for a tip.
