My previous app pops up and now I never can log in again use your new app cannot change password please fix it and your guys are helpless rubbish app, will inform Consumer Council your fault those point in my previous app or just fix it if can give you - stars will give you 10 of it. #xyz..*#%#%*^%#^*

New App?
I am not sure why they had to create a brand new app rather than upgrade the old. When I got to the store, I received the message that the old app no longer worked and a link to the new which of course did not link to the new one. I had to search the AppStore to find it.

Worst app and worst experience
The app just keep loading and loading that I can never login! In fact, not only this app, another City’super app has similar login problem. I tried to remove and install both app a week ago but still unable to login! I received an eCoupon last week but I guess I will not be able to use it due to the unsuccessful login. This is the worst app I have ever seen!
