City hunt is the best app on the app store. It not only provides an amazing time with my team but also allowed me to explore a new city ! This app has opened my eyes up to so many new areas and experiences!! Seriously you should download this app right now !!
From the minute I contacted the company to the final challenge of the game, this company was top notch, and the Calhoun Square Scavenger Hunt was a great time! Chris was so helpful and called me back twice to answer all the questions I had. He was patient, professional and helpful. The app worked great for us!
For a birthday party we decided to take a group (a relatively large one) to New York City for the GoCityGo version of this game. With the regular CityHunt being $60 upward per person, we decided that the $40 price tag on this app would be a happy medium, but boy was I let down. With the $40 you receive the passcode to an iOS 6 looking app and a series of "clues." I expected to have a series of clues that we as a team would have to figure out, but apparently I was mistaken. This app took you to grand central and through some of times square, only requiring that you take pictures. There are no trivia questions or clues to figure as there were in the tutorial/trial version of this app. Maybe it was that we used GoCityGo, but this "scavenger hunt" was completely boring. At $40 it was definitely not worth it, as it was something I could have easily put together myself.
