Chess Puzzles: Tactics Trainer

This is a beautifully crafted chess tactics training app, based on the millions of available Lichess puzzles. The interface is clean and very well built. It allows you to do puzzles on specific themes. Having your rating calculated after each puzzle, a streak system and an increase in rank based on how many puzzles were solved at first try are features that keep you motivated. And being able to evaluate positions with the Lichess engine interface right inside the app adds even more. And it’s free! Thanks so much for building this!

Great app in development. Love how there is statistics now. I like how they are near unlimited puzzles always keeping one thinking and helpful computer solutions to see what would happen if you don’t choose a certain move. Something you guys could add maybe is maybe more customizing of the app like more board colors and other things so more people will join

I’ve enjoyed the app for a little over a week now. The different difficulties and filtering options are very useful and I really enjoy the clean look. My only notes would be the ability to turn off sound and vibrations. Also, the check marks when finding the correct move are a bit small for my poor eyesight. Possibly highlighting the whole cell/square for a split second would be a lot easier to see, then leave the little mark. But it’s only an idea. But I’m excited to see where it goes!
