Cheezious

The payment processing in the Cheezious app is not working properly. I tried placing an order, and the payment was deducted from my account, but the order was not placed. Cheezious claimed they did not receive the payment, while my bank confirmed that the payment was successfully sent. I tried a second time, but the same issue occurred again. Their payment processing also gets stuck most of the time.

This app really needs to add card payment and also I have an American number and I do not have SIM and when I try to order pizza, I put in my number And I wait for the app to send me an SMS or an email but I never or anything and then when I try to call the number the app had given me it kept saying call failed every time I tried calling that number I even emailed them but they they weren’t helping me out and I tried calling the number that they gave me in the email they gave different numbers difference city I was in Lahore so I use the number they said that was supposed to be used in Lahore headquarters but when I tried calling that number it kept saying call failed again and they should also add credit card payments and also because many people don’t keep cash in handy because I carry credit cards and debit cards people who do not carry cash. My overall experience is not good. So cheesiest please add a variety of number people from all around the world can text from and please have a official WhatsApp account because it is really hard to message you and contact you and you should also add a official number that your agents pick up so please fix these bugs and set up official accounts so people can contact you guys easily

Its really enjoyable when I found such a perfect and tasty pizza brand in Pakistan. I should taste each week otherwise something is lost in my weekly plan. Love it so much
