Even with the fastest internet (no problem watching any videos on any other platforms), the lectures are impossible to watch. Each sentence is chopped into pieces with a long pause between each two pieces for the video to load….

After downloading files shared by my course instructor, I clicked the button and tried to open one file in another app. All I got was a rectangle with round edges, no menu to select which app I want to open the file with. And I can’t find my downloads in any other place, nor can I delete it. Please fix this bug!

I have updated my iPad 6 with iPadOS 13.1, and I found that the CCtalk cannot be displayed with the full screen in my iPad. Please fix it. Thanks very much.
