I can’t open on my device.

Slow, never can get it to work right. Want people to do these but don’t have the proper tools to do so

After last update, photo function not working properly if using a tablet and use in the Landscape orientation which is how I hold mine to take pictures. Works fine in portrait position, but when trying to take a picture holding tablet in Landscape position - about a third of the view on the RH Side is lost, and the shutter button position remains at the bottom center, can’t reach with your thumb to snap picture! ( I have big hands)! Prior to last update, shutter button would be on RH side within thumbs reach which allowed for a steadier grip to hold tablet for better pictures. Also the previous inspection notes and pictures showing up is nice, but would be really awesome if you could cut and paste pictures from previous inspection to be able to show side by side previous damage next to current repaired status.
