Completely unusable
Tried using the app to pick up a parcel but there wasn’t even a button to open the locker. Wasted an hour on this and the customer support was unreachable.

Thiefs without legal responsability
Sent a package with a smartwatch only to have the package return to me, containing an old smartwatch model. Only delivery person could have the courage and disposition to pull something like that yet Cargus did nothing to resolve it. Horrible service and app altogether.
