La acest review: Pentru pachetele de la Shein am ca optiune de punct de livrare doar magazine cu un program de functionare definit, nefiind disponibil pentru selectie easybox metalic, nonstop, ceea ce este un foarte mare inconvenient 😞 Am primit acest raspuns absolut generic, fara continut si care dovedeste lipsa de respect fata de companie si fata de client: Hey! În cazul în care nu puteți redirecționa coletul către un easybox, înseamnă că expedierea nu este eligibilă pentru livrare la locker. Cu încredere, Echipa SAMEDAY Va rog definiti “expedierea nu este eligibilă pentru livrare la locker”. Dimensiunea nu este unul din criteriile de eligibilitate, fiind pachete ce intra in dulapurile lockerului. Deci care sunt criteriile care fac aceste pachete sa nu fie eligibile. In cazul in care alegeti sa trimiteti tot un raspuns generic si care nu spune nimic, de fapt, va pune compania intr-o lumina foarte proasta, dovedind ca nu va respectati, neavand capacitatea de a dovedi logica in abordarea subiectului.

This app is so terrible that every time I am trying to login on it via Emag/Apple or other services I get a failure to the point my account has been blocked. I can no longer access my account and cannot pay for the delivery I have because you guys cannot manage to get an app to work properly, especially the login part of the app. It disconnects you randomly it does not serve any purpose and it makes your day terrible. Also, the website is even worse. You cannot even reset the password on it because they do not have a section that is connected to the app. Absolutely do not recommend and I do not recommend using sameday at all.

In the last cuple of weeks the app is updating its information too late. I received notification that I missed a delivery without having in the app any time of delivery of it. Nevertheless I do not receive all the times a notification that I have a package in delivery or at easybox. How am II supposed to anticipate a delivery time and schedule my time accordingly if I have no information for that?
