When the app first rolled out I said to myself that they are going to improve and upgrade it. But here we are, version 1.7 and it’s more buggy that in the beginning. Even transmitting the index may be an adventure because of multiple errors. Most of the time you can’t even log in, or it suddenly crashed back to the log in screen after you logged in. I can’t even distinguish between my 3 locations that I have, because they used the meter number as a way to select between them. No other info, just the meter number from the location. Very impractical. The app needs a lot a lot of work

This is a long awaited app for Hidroelectrica customers. There are still some bugs. However my request would be if a new feature can be added. That feature refers to the possibility of adding other places in the app that are not under our name, this is to control accounts for older people who don't have experience with internet/apps for inserting the monthly usage and view/pay bills.

I’ve been trying for 2 month to regenerate forgotten access password but it seems that is something too complicate what I ask. I even tried to call customer relations, I was told that it was being resolved. A month has passed since then and... nothing happened. It is shameful that in 2023 there is still such pathetic customer service.
