Booked a home car spa service from 10 AM to 12 PM. Paid extra ₹100 in advance expecting professionalism. What I got instead was pure chaos. No one showed up. At 11 AM, the service guy called and said he’d come in 40 minutes. I shared the location. After that — nothing. No replies. No updates. At 1:15 PM, I had to call him myself, and only then he says the company told him to service another car first. So my confirmed booking meant nothing. I contacted customer support — they said “this is not the complaint department, someone will call you back.” No one did. At 4 PM, I get another call asking “should I come now?” By then, obviously, I had plans. Customers don’t sit idle the whole day because your app can’t manage schedules. I asked to cancel. Then suddenly customer care becomes active, apologizes, and promises immediate service. I gave them one last chance. Again — service guy says “I’ll come in 30 minutes.” Again — no one comes. This app has: • Zero respect for customer time • No coordination between company and service providers • False commitments and empty apologies • Customer support that exists only in name I spent the entire day chasing them for a service they failed to deliver. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, stay away from this app.
