CAR FRIDGE FREEZER

I've owned the refrigerator since 2022. After their most recent update the end of May 2024, the app no longer works. The only thing available is to see what the temperature is. Nothing else works. And the display on the refrigerator will only display Celsius. For me, the app is very important because I keep the refrigerator in the far back of my vehicle, and it's extremely handy to periodically check to make sure it's cooling properly.

Worked great for a while. Now it won’t connect to Bluetooth. The scan does show my fridge come up, but clicking it does nothing. Closing out of the app and trying again yields the same results. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review here before, but Apple won’t let me submit a report to the developer for some reason. I love the fridge, it’s been running non-stop off solar for about a year now, but the Bluetooth control gives you options that the panel on my Alpicool doesn’t.

I thought the app would be a gimmick, but it’s actually been a nice feature to have. Instead of fiddling with the buttons, just pull out the app, quickly connect it to the cooler, and set the temperatures, check current temperatures, see what voltage is coming from the battery, child lock the buttons so they don’t get accidentally pressed, and switch to eco mode when the car isn’t running.
