I love the amount of workouts this app has, the difficulty rating, the ability tree, the way you can edit workouts and organize routines, for me probably the only thing that needs to be polished is the recommended workouts after finishing a routine because it doesn’t always show a workout that is useful to the muscles group you are working with or sometimes ir recommends and easy variant, but in any case that is not a major issue and you can easily correct it or just keep using the workout you are currently doing. In the other hand you have more than a thousand workouts and they are easy to find and add to your routine which effectively makes this app the best I have tried for fitness. Last but not least, it hast a one payment option which is a excellent option, specially in these days that everyone is asking for annual, monthly or even weekly predatory subscriptions, which I personally hate.
I I have ridden the fitness roller coaster. Athletic and 250lb, 5’10 couch potato stops on the ride. After a long stretch of illness, after being diagnosed, it was time to fix my body. I tried to just go Apple Fitness plus but I kept hurting myself and not getting anywhere. I needed to take it a little slower. Be more targeted. Body weight, resistance bands, balance work, flexibility, cardio. I went looking for fitness apps. I tried em all. My wife told me to stop all the subscriptions. I found this app and canceled all the others. After some time I bought the subscription. The incredible number of exercises. The trees. The video demonstrations. The complete and total control of everything. The way it gently leads your progress. My routines are HIIT, zone two cardio, balance, total body strength, isometric holds, yoga, and primal movements. My 53yo systemic illness having body is getting stronger, more flexible, and more reliable. My wife said she was tight in a certain part of her body. I said use Calistree. Target that part using flexibility and do the stretches. She did. She felt better. This app is simply the best.
I’ve been searching for an app that works like this for many years and I’m so happy to have finally found it! I’m an app designer who loves working out and motivated by learning and mastering new movements. If you like working out for the enjoyment of movement - this is the one! There are many features that sets this a part from the rest.. - It’s movement goal orientated - it then builds a program that’s totally customizable. I find this really motivational because I can see how I’m progressing, and as I go I’m learning new movements. - It tracks strength and flexibility of each body part so it can determine if you are ready for certain movements – I’ve never seen this in any app (And I have seriously looked!) It’s actually really cool. - It’s very modestly priced. The free version gives you a lot, but it’s totally worth having the pro version and I would have paid double or more for this - I love, love, love that I can add my own exercises (this is also something rarely found in the other apps) - There are so many movements, this actually goes way beyond calisthenics, it’s yoga, wushu, even partner stuff. All with videos and thoughtfully categorised with requirements needed and gains that can be achieved. - The too audio timer, is for those static holds that give you 5 second incremental updates - it’s a small feature but totally what you want to hear when your hanging there straining! - Anyway, enough talk.. what have you got to lose, hit download!
Train any where you want: workout at home or at the gym, with or without equipment, the app adapts to what you have available, and to your level! It w...
