This app had a lot of questions about level of experience, what you wanted to get out of it, time available, and equipment available. It felt very personalized to me and I’m enjoying the workouts.

I think this app is excellent and very well designed. It provides an easy and enjoyable user experience, which makes it simple to stay consistent and motivated. I’m especially impressed with how beginner-friendly it is—the guided videos are clear, helpful, and make it easy to follow along, even for someone just starting out. I’m currently focusing on doing workouts and health routines at home to lose weight and improve my overall health, and this app fits perfectly with those goals. It offers exactly what I was looking for, without making the process feel overwhelming. Overall, I would definitely recommend this app to others, and I will continue using it as part of my daily routine.
