The program goes way to fast . I wrote im a beginner, not in shape , I have injuries. I started with the 30 day challenge and this was my very first time- it’s just flying thru exercises. I’m not an expert in great shape. Very discouraging, I’m not young like the models that are doing the exercises. So far unhappy and would like my 49.99 back.
