Build Credit & Fix It: Dovly

Paid $99 for the Premium account, signed up for the $2,000 LoC for their Build feature, and it has been stuck in a “Review” status. Been having back-and-forth email conversations with the support team, they keep telling me to accept the tncs in the Build page, but it’s not there (not in iOS app or web mobile). Also, I was intrigued about the AI feature, especially for reporting negative items. Thought it would handle it all for me, but it’s still a manual process, having to select the account, dispute type, and dispute reason. Submit, go back to list of accounts, and repeat. I use Claude for work as personal, and it does much. The main thing that AI is supposed to do is to handle and execute complex tasks within a short time. Dovly seems to have a simplified approach to tackling key pillars of credit repair and management, but each of its features feels half baked. Rapid development, but its modules lack completion, aren’t really interconnected to support a single system, and their last feature/app page feels like a Craigslist site for related businesses to advertise their services.

I got caught up with a Evil triage of Scammers, One I thought was my future Wife,Supposedly in “AL Tariff”,the second one was those who piggyback on Face book,,and All those who found ways to violate court orders for discharge of Debt, charge offs, Allowing scammers to use numbers off Google play card and razor play cards,and hiding there in Bitcoin universe, No , I will not commit sucide, and no our Way of life in America had not caught them,Grace and mercy for any of those still honest, and with integrity, , Prove thyself cause even the ones with honest is stealing us blind,I got no help from most of all them out there,even Our el-Spanish brothers, got a better start,We will see, is the best encourage I give you, for this ole soldier who fight for our Constitution,country, and some in them all stoked me blind.

It only took one month to see how ineffective this app is. I tried over and over again to enroll in the credit support they kept telling me I was eligible for, only to get a prompt saying I was already enrolled. Obviously there was some kind of glitch, but chat couldn’t address a detailed problem like that and there was no number to call for support or customer service. Then Dovly said they disputed a particular error on my credit report, but when I contacted Transunion about it, their rep said they had no dispute from Dovly. The last straw was Dovly’s emails to me about getting results for disputes, which turned out to be things I’d corrected on my own. I tried this app because the reviews were so positive, but it was basically a waste of $20. The only changes that occurred were the ones I did myself, which cost me absolutely nothing. Use something else more effective. That’s what I plan to do. My experience with this app showed me that the only thing it can really do is monitor a user’s credit. It accomplished nothing else and I couldn’t even contact Dovly to resolve any errors that might be causing the app’s poor performance.
