Buckle - Shop & Reserve

I was trying to add some sunglasses to my cart, but it wasn’t letting me. I had searched for sunglasses, it displayed an index of shades, I tried multiple times to select the one pair I wanted, all it did was enlarge the image. I hit the heart over the image, but that didn’t do anything. Thought that might let me purchase from a wishlist, but it didn’t. Clearly the store can’t run a competent app, so it’s not getting my money. Turned out it was a blessing because I found similar shades at a lower price on Target’s app. Target runs a competent app, hence it gets my money. Pretty simple business all things considered. One company’s loss of a customer is a competitor’s gain.

This app is useless. The fact that you can only look at what one store has and not the entire inventory is ridiculous, not to mention it’s annoying having to go back and put in a different store to see different items. You can’t order anything online either. You can only reserve it at a particular store. Also, if you favorite an item at one store, it doesn’t save it for every store. So you favorite the same item twice or more. Which makes it even more confusing. I’ve never seen an app where you have to navigate it like you’re in the store. That defeats the entire purpose of an app. It’s out of date and not helpful at all. You should be able to reserve something if you want, but you should also be able to look at the entire inventory at once and order it off the app.

I like the buckle and order quite a bit of clothes off this app. I don’t think it’s very user friendly. Especially when handling the buckle card. Going back and forth to different websites is confusing when ordering clothes. It kept promoting me 10% off if I used my buckle card but it never tells you how to use it so I never get the discount after I order. I like my clothes shipped because I don’t always have time to go to the store. The app is more setup to reserve in the store or else it takes you through a lot of hoops and sites to order online.
