This is silly. Bryant has updated this app periodically over the years and it’s been hit or miss abt working correctly. Today I tried to use it and new layout, said I had to re-registry thermostat for it to show up in the app. So I did. Says it was updated successfully, but thermostat still doesn’t show up.
You introduced authentication issues a few months back and fixed it after a few weeks. The latest update broke authentication again. I feel like every time I use it I need to log in. People use multiple devices to manage a smart home. We don’t want to have to keep authenticating every time we use it!!
I’ve used this app for years and all of a sudden I have to log in multiple times a day to change the temperature when it used to stay logged in until I actually closed the app.
